Important: Fort Hamilton Base Access Requirements

Dear Family and Friends,

Because our wedding will be held at Fort Hamilton Military Base, all guests and vendors ages 18 and older must complete a security background screening before they will be permitted to enter the base.

Please carefully review the following requirements:

Complete the attached NCIC Waiver and REAL ID Information forms.

Fill out every section of the NCIC Waiver, including your full Social Security Number.

Handwrite your signature. Typed or digital signatures will not be accepted.

Under “Reason for Visiting Fort Hamilton,” please write:

To enter the base, all guests must also present a REAL ID or an Enhanced Driver’s License. Please make sure your identification meets these requirements before the wedding day.

Once completed, you have two options:

Recommended: You may email the completed forms directly to our base coordinator: Anne.M.Cooney2.NAF@army.mil

In-Person: Bring the completed forms in person to the Fort Hamilton Visitors Center, located at 101st Street, Brooklyn, NY 11252 (718) 630-4848, well in advance of the wedding.

Please submit your paperwork as early as possible to allow enough time for processing.
